Equality, freedom, fraternity

Equality, a philosophical-sociological concept that designates the requirements of achieving the same social situation for all members of society. Too good to be true. When was the last time you were sweating and happy at the same time? I found a place at the Zumba. * Here it is recommended to sweat, eliminate the toxins. Eh, the sport is better, practiced with pleasure. I think our instructor is happy. She feinted the system. She chose a job that involves physical effort and where to be okay to sweat. What if you are a business person? What are you going to do? Do you constantly complain that excel is so challenging that remove all the toxins from your body? Through all pores?

* and it would be sex, sweaty and happy, but we do not get into details unless you want:)

Curiosity killed the cat … not us

Do you know the expression: “What does not kill you, makes you stronger?”

I do not think it applied to sweat. It does not kill you, but it weakens your confidence in you, makes you more retired, it kills your social life, so something dies after all.
It makes you weird. Do you know the moments when you sit on your body like a robot so you can not see how much sweat has spread? Raise your hands? Are you stretching? This can not be the case. Do not expose an inch of what might be seen as a trace of sweat. Because, yes, even if there are 40 degrees and everyone will think it normal to sweat, you will still be asking if they are “normal” like others or you are the only weird that sweat abundantly. And there are the cold sweats, the most beautiful, sweating in cold, not hot and then chills of cold from your own sweat. Something to dream about it. Do you know where you do not sweat? At the beach, where you don’t give a damn what others will say.
Not here, just to be scorching heat, to see some brooms on you. Still, it’s a place where you’re finally fine. At the sauna. Yes, here we are all equals.

What’s up?

Do you like clothes? Do you like colors? But you end up with a black dress when you want to wear something else.

You imagine a rainbow of colors, then pastel colors, white immaculate, but you stop and you say: wait, all this is forbidden to me. Whether you suffer from hyperhidrosis, excessive shyness, thyroid or other known/unknown affections, you know that you will only think of what bad will be seen on your dress/blouse the sweating. You will not feel good at all, you will think that everyone will look at it, maybe they will look, maybe not … But you will not be able to get this out of your head, and the phenomenon, even if at first only physically, you will amplify with the help of your thoughts.

What to do? Let us resemble? Should we dress only in black, getting rid of the sensation more than embarrassing? Let’s stay in the house? Do not go to any party anymore? Maybe these things would have been in the stone age, but now we have to deal with them. How do we do it? Because it’s easy to develop an obsession, but it’s very hard to get rid of it. Maybe if you’re mentally built not to care about others think, you’re saved. But I do not think there are so many powerful people who are totally immune to the environment. Because man is a social person, he needs validations and confirmations that he is pleasant. Although it is not the subject of this post, I saw a boy in the subway the other days, which does not look good at all, and what it has been through my mind was: Has anyone ever looked with admiration, with gentleness, with joy at that man? Did he feel nice? We want to be pleasant and here I do not mean to be in the spotlight but just to be accept it.

Returning to the subject, I know there are medical solutions that I have not tried but which I will not give much thought to. Blocking the phenomenon seems to me quite dangerous, because sweat plays its role in the body. A role that I’m not interested in when my thoughts fly to “uff, I sweat again”. I’m not saying: “stay calm, it’s her role, it does not make you trouble that you have a blouse in two colors. What is important is her role in the body. ” All I want is to disappear and if I had a magic wand, one of the desires would be that. As we do not have a wand, let’s see what we can do next.

I’d like to talk to you about what I’ve been able to do, what I’ve tried on my skin so far. Curious what kind of discoveries did I do?
